2. Separate service agreement
Any engagement requires a separate written agreement defining scope, deliverables, fees and responsibilities. Any advertised 10-day implementation timeframe starts only after the required access and approvals have been received and must be confirmed in that agreement. Any monthly services, fees, billing and cancellation terms must also be agreed there.
3. Approvals and lawful use
All customer-facing actions require the client’s one-tap approval before release. The operator must ensure a lawful basis for its processing, and clients must ensure that the data and instructions they supply may lawfully be used. Approval does not replace privacy, marketing or other legal requirements. No particular commercial outcome is guaranteed.
4. Intellectual property
Ownership of client materials remains with the client or the relevant rights holder. Rights in deliverables, pre-existing materials and third-party components, including any licenses or transfer of rights, must be set out in the separate agreement. No broader ownership transfer is implied by this website.
5. Mandatory rights and applicable law
Mandatory EU consumer protection rights remain unaffected wherever applicable, even though this website is primarily directed at businesses. Governing law and jurisdiction for any engagement must be agreed separately, subject to mandatory law; this website does not impose a UAE-law waiver of such protections.
